Over the last 15 years, Nir has held several key roles in technology companies including VP of R&D at OptimalTest for six years and Director of R&D at NOVA. Nir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science as well as an MBA

Nir Erez sees the future of urban mobility and in it, data is the determinant.

Erez co-founded Moovit with Roy Bick and Yaron Evron in February 2012 with the goal
of simplifying urban mobility around the world. The company grew quickly with four
rounds of funding totaling $133 million

Erez is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading technology
startups. Prior to Moovit, Nir was also the founder and CEO of both ActionBase and
Optimal Plus. Nir is also co-owner and co-founder of Eyron Group which invests in
early-stage software companies. Erez graduated from the IDF computer academy
(Mamram) and holds a Bsc. degree in Physics.

In 1994 Erez graduated from Bar-Ilan University with a degree in Physics, which he
applies to business. “You must anticipate the reaction to every action,” Erez says. “In
business, every problem has a solution. It just takes the right team, time and resources.
It’s also a marathon, not a sprint.” Marathons are something Erez knows intimately as
an avid triathlete who completed multiple marathons and Ironman races in the last 15
years.

Roy is Co-founder & COO of Moovit. Roy brings his extensive experience in software development and R&D management from his time at both local and global organizations. At Moovit, Roy is responsible for keeping us at the cutting edge of technology, combining software, hardware and transport infrastructure. Also widely-considered Moovit’s ‘Jack-of-all-Trades’, Roy orchestrates inter-communication between our technical and product teams. Roy holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and MBA

Sarit has more than 15 years of senior management experience in leading finance & operations roles for tech companies. Prior to Moovit, Sarit led International Global Financing for IBM, forming an integral part of the senior country leadership team, after the successful acquisition of Diligent Technologies, a company for which Sarit managed finance & operations. Sarit started her career at KPMG, where she led audit teams in public & private companies in the tech industry.

As Moovit’s Chief Growth and Marketing Officer Yovav leads the Growth, Brand, Communication & Marketing teams. Prior to becoming our CMO, Yovav spent his first five years at Moovit as the VP of Products, building and leading the product organization and the creation and growth of the company’s products portfolio. Prior to Moovit he co-founded two start-ups. Prior to that, he lived in California and spent 4 years as VP, Products at Snap.com and 3 years as VP, Products at Spark Networks. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering.

Ziv Kabaretti joined Moovit as VP Products at Jan 2019 from Worthy.com, an online marketplace for pre-owned luxury goods, where he was Chief Product Officer since March 2016. Earlier he was Vice President of Product for Collective Digital Studio from 2012-13, and Metacafe, the online video content aggregation site where he worked five years starting as Director of Product Management in 2006. Ziv graduated the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Computer Science.

Uli is an Israeli serial entrepreneur, a graduate of the 8200 military unit, who has held senior leadership positions in multiple early-stage high-tech companies in the past 25 years. An engineer by training who transitioned to a business professional. Prior to Moovit he served as the VP of Business Development at Magisto (acquired by Vimeo), VP of Business Development at Tango, and in top leadership positions in multiple early-stage high-tech companies.
